TECHNOLOGY

Ecser™'s process allows de-vulcanized rubber to be used as a partial or complete substitute for crude rubber.
ECSER's compounding solution and technological regimes are designed to minimize a reverse vulcanization reaction during and after the production process.
The main component in vulcanized rubber is a DNA-like strand of sulfur, which adheres to the raw rubber molecules.
Ecser™'s process accomplishes two important steps. First, it renders the sulfur passive and releases the sulfur-to-sulfur bond, and second it continually guards the mixture from re-vulcanizing until dictated by manufacturers during the production cycle for reuse.
The Ecser™ agent is a gray-yellow powder with very little odor. It is insoluble and non-hygroscopic with no flammable compounds. Its components are inexpensive and available in great quantities and it is non-toxic, environmentally safe, and emits no toxic wastes. It has long-term preservation and a shelf-life capacity of a minimum of six months.
